EcomXray — Real-Time Product Insights
This app provides Shopify merchants with a real-time analytics overlay on their storefront, displaying cost price, gross margin, stock levels, sales data, and restock recommendations directly on product pages.
We only access information that is necessary to provide the features of the App you install. The specific data we access depends on the Shopify API permissions you approve at installation.
a. Shop information (all merchants)
We access shop-level data provided by Shopify, such as:
Store name, domain, email, country, language
Shopify plan and owner contact details
This data is needed for app setup, support, and billing.
b. Product data
EcomXray accesses product-level information including:
Product names, descriptions, and images
Sell price and cost price
Inventory levels and stock quantities
Sales history and order counts
This data is used solely to power the EcomXray analytics overlay on your storefront.
c. Protected customer data
EcomXray does not access, store, or process personal customer data such as customer names, email addresses, or order details. The app operates entirely at the product and inventory level.
We use the data we access only to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the functionality of the EcomXray app
Display real-time product analytics on your Shopify storefront
Support merchants and troubleshoot issues
Improve the app and merchant experience
We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing purposes.
We do not use cookies or tracking for marketing purposes. Functional tracking may be used to operate or support app functionality only, such as maintaining your authenticated session within the Shopify admin.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the app or as required by law or Shopify policy. When the app is uninstalled, associated data is deleted within 60 days.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption, secure API authentication, and access controls.
